A contract between the customer and KULA for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted (at which point the buyers credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods to be dispatched).
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. This means that the price confirmed after placing the order might be different to that charged at delivery. Every effort is made to ensure that this will not happen – please refer to our returns policy. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate.

YOUR KULA ORDER

KULA provides door-to-door pickup and delivery for every order, anywhere in India.

When you choose to upcycle your own garment with KULA, we have no control over how long your package takes to reach our facility from placing the order, we ship it out within 5 days from when it reaches our studio.

If you choose to upcycle KULA fabric with KULA, we ship it out within 5 days of placing your order on our website.

Once your order is placed with us, Team Kula will contact you within 24 hours to raise a pickup

In the case where you choose an up-cycle service, we offer to pick up your garment or provide a prepaid shipping label for you to send your garment to us.

Fulfilling this order is dependent on availability. We will inform you if the fabric is not available in our inventory.

Kula has no control over the quality, state or colourfastness of the fabric you send but we will notify you if the fabric does not meet our quality requirements.

In the case where the garment sent by you doesn’t meet our quality requirements, we will notify you within 24 hours of receiving it at our studio and give you the option of us returning your garment to your address against a partial refund payment after deducting the shipping charges( To&Fro)

DELIVERY

KULA endeavours but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period as mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if KULA fails to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. However, if you fail to take the delivery of the goods, KULA may at its discretion charge you for additional shipping cost.

LOSS IN TRANSIT

KULA shall make all endeavours to deliver defect-free products to the purchasers. KULA does not take title to any returned items purchased by the user unless the item is received by KULA. Any item upcycled ny KULA through our website does not qualify for any return.
KULA provides a replacement for defective products received if and only bought from inhouse brands KULAforyou and KULApitara The defective and/or damaged goods so received shall be communicated to KULA within 48 hours of its receipt. Any communication received after 48 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return unless expressly covered by the product warranty even in case the said product has been wrongly delivered.
KULA holds the sole discretion to determine whether a refund can be issued.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt to the following address :

We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange (only for KULAforYOU styles) and if applicable offer you store credits for shopping further on the website, provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging. We do not offer returns facility for any of the customized pieces.
Also, note that the orders placed on stationery and accessories are not returnable or refundable once the piece has been received by the client.

REFUND AND PROMOTIONS

You are only eligible for a refund if you cancel the order within the first two days, Post that you won’t receive a refund, instead your KULA account will be credited with store credit points, which you can utilize to shop for various stuff on the website.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER

You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason within the first 2 days of order placement. If you do cancel the order within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days. However, if you cancel the order after the second day, we can only offer KULA credits instead of refund. These can be redeemed on your next purchase from our website. These credits are only valid on this website and not applicable on any other website offering KULA products. Please note that the orders placed on stationery and accessories are not returnable or refundable once the piece has been received by the client.

YOUR KULA ACCOUNT

If you use the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner. Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering. You can access and update much of the information you provided us with in the Your Account area of the website. KULA reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content at any time without notice to you.

Please review our Privacy Notice, which also governs your visit to Kula website, to understand our practices. The personal information / data provided to us by you during the course of usage of KULA will be treated as strictly confidential and in accordance with the Privacy Notice and applicable laws and regulations. If you object to your information being transferred or used, please do not use the website.
